He is very excited how it is turning out and he cannot wait to move furnishings in and get settled. Earlier this week the carpet was installed along with the shower door and all the final trim was completed (bath fixtures, lighting fixtures etc.). The cleaning crew will be on site today and Todd should be able to complete his final punch and touch up meaning this project will complete start to finish in about seven weeks. I am excited to have the chance to walk the basement with Brian next week and get his feedback. I know he is very excited now but when he sees it cleaned and done, it should be a lot of fun! --Marty April 2, 2011

He has decided to use granite tile on his wet bar countertops instead of the porcelain tiles. Our designer reviewed the other color selections he made and has recommended some granite tile selections that will accentuate his selections. I think Brian has done a really nice job of bringing a tasteful style to his basement and it will finish up very nicely. I will post his color selections in a future posting.
