Our Approach / Process
We start with a Design/Lifestyle Interview
Every project starts with a visit to your home. We learn about your needs, desires, lifestyle, budget and goals. We want to know who will be using your new space and what they will be using it for (relaxing, telecommuting, crafting, etc.). Our account consultant and construction expert will tour the space, discuss spatial goals and take some measurements. This will help us prepare a customized plan that will meet your needs and your budget.
Behind the Scene
Our team will review your space and come up with a design layout that will meet your specifications with regard to interior design, architectural needs and budget. We will ensure that your finished project is constructed in compliance with your area’s local or regional building codes and regulations.
Design Layout/Financial Investment
Your account manager will meet with you for a second time to review the design layout option(s) and what the financial investment will be. Since we review the plan with you in 3-dimensional software on the computer, we can make any tweaks or changes to the design on-site. This process helps eliminate the need for multiple design meetings. You will also know what your financial investment will be and be able to review it in detail.
Project Management
Our project managers are actively involved with our design-build team during the planning stages of the project. This ensures optimum design, proper space planning and assures our client that no unexpected results occur during construction. Your project manager is a construction expert who will oversee and schedule all phases of the build-out, supervise all on-site craftsmen, ensure site cleanliness and safety, coordinate inspections and ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the specifications.

Our extensive array of choices for your interior finishes will give you the opportunity to be as trendy or traditional as you chose to be. Your design consultant will work with you to make sure your design decisions reflect your personal style and support your family’s way of life.
